Poetry Workshop

Lauren Wilson returns with her popular poetry class.… Join this 5-week poetry reading and writing workshop. We will discuss stellar examples of craft by reading contemporary poems together. You’ll receive creative prompts to then write your own new poems. Give and receive feedback in this collaborative environment no matter what your skill level. Contact Lauren at [email protected].
Public Speaking Workshop
SATURDAY, APRIL 25, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Kurt Mullen presents Speak Free: Fear to Freedom in Three Hours. A breakthrough workshop for people who want to feel calm, confident, and free when public speaking. Most people think speaking confidently requires being louder or more charismatic – but real confidence comes from feeling safe in your body. In this three-hour, immersive workshop, you’ll learn how to quiet anxiety, steady your voice, and speak with a freedom you may not have felt in years. Through guided exercises and practical tools, you’ll experience what it’s like to express yourself without the shaking, spiraling, or self-doubt that can take over when speaking in public.
