Party Like It's 1939 Gala
November 9th

You're Invited! Please join us as we celebrate 85 incredible years of creativity, community, and culture at the Ojai Art Center’s Birthday Gala Saturday, November 9th, 7:00 p.m. at the Ojai Art Center
It’s going to be a night of fun for the whole family, and here’s what’s in store:
This party is FREE and open to everyone, so bring your friends and family, and let’s make this celebration one to remember. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

- Dance to live music by the Dianne Miller Band
- Capture the moment with Smilebox Photo Booth
- Enjoy beer, wine, margaritas, and nonalcoholic drinks at the no-host bar
- Devour some of Connie’s hot dogs
- Munch on snacks, and of course… birthday cake!

Live Music at the Gala will be provided by The Dianne Miller Band
For over twenty years, Dianne Miller has been rousing crowds with an energetic combination of rock, soul, and blues in Ventura County.
Her performances include principal roles in the Ojai Arts Center's hit production of Mamma Mia and Nunsense. Her husband, Bill Miller, accompanies her, bringing iconic song favorites to life with searing guitar leads and inventive takes on nostalgic tunes. Richard Bogohsian joins them on drums, creating a solid rhythm that inspires movement and fun. Bass player Corey Highberg is an accomplished musician who plays various musical genres, including classical, bluegrass, and rock. Together, they play mood-elevating music that promotes a good time for all!

Love Letters by A.R. Gurney
Starring Amanda McBroom & George Ball
November 23rd at 7:00 p.m.
Love Letters is a play by A. R. Gurney. The play centers on two characters, Melissa Gardner and Andrew Makepeace Ladd III. Using the epistolary form sometimes found in novels, they sit side by side and read the notes, letters and cards – in which they discuss their hopes and ambitions, dreams and disappointments, victories and defeats – that have passed between them throughout their separated lives for over 50 years.
